1.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled. If multiple members of the same household register from different devices, please contact us to clarify the situation.
1.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. 77acm will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the provision of false information.
2Account Registration & Management
2.1 Registration Process
To create an account on 77acm, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal information. After registration, a verification code may be sent to the mobile number or email address you provided.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You must immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized access to your account. Using another person's account or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
77acm may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:
- Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Relevant screenshots for payment method verification
If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
2.4 Updating Account Information
If any of your personal information changes (mobile number, email, or payment details), please inform our support team as soon as possible so that transactions and communication can continue without interruption.
3Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
77acm currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
3.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500, and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if KYC verification or a security review is required, the processing time may increase.

3.5 Failed Transactions

4Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
77acm offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200; if you deposit ৳18,000 you will receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳28,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing any winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- More than one bonus offer cannot be claimed at the same time.
- Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
- If the deposit portion is withdrawn before completing the bonus wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
- 77acm reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of misuse of promotional offers.
4.4 VIP Program
77acm's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier: up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.4% for Silver, up to 0.6% for Gold, and up to 0.8% weekly cashback for Platinum. The cashback amount depends on gaming activity each week.
4.5 Promotion Changes
77acm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time. Please contact the support team for the latest information on current offers.
5Gameplay Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
77acm is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. Our games are operated by internationally recognised game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, and others — and run on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
5.2 Technical Issues

6Prohibited Activities

- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account

- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
- Using bots or automated software to play games
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
- Creating an account under a false identity or using another person's identity
- Chargeback fraud — attempting to withdraw winnings after reclaiming deposited funds
7Privacy & Data Protection

77acm may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:
